Alexandria Business Association Explores Linking Education to Industry

????Alexandria business Association led by Chairman Mohamed Hanno, hosted Dr. Neveen Abdel Khalek, Dean of Continuing Education at Nile University, in a seminar organized by the Energy Committee. The discussion explored how to align #education with #industry needs, empower youth for the #job market, and drive growth through #research and #innovation.

???? Dr. Abdel Khalek highlighted Africa’s potential as a gateway for investment in education and economic cooperation, citing successful experiences in Tanzania. She shared that over 600 students have already been trained for the job market, emphasizing the importance of university–industry collaboration, innovation, and professional #training.

???? Mr. Hanno stressed the Association’s commitment to bridging the gap between education and industry, drawing on international models such as Turkey, and reaffirmed ABA’s role in supporting education through active participation in university advisory boards and industry-linked programs.

???? for his part, Ashraf Nosir highlighted #sustainable development as a key driver for advancing education, praising the contributions of civil society and the private sector.
