ABA established Middle East Development Center – MEDC, in March 2007 located at 40 Tout Ankh’ Amoun, Smouha, Alexandria - to support and develop the human resources and the organizational abilities through offering integrated groups of training courses:
Workshops & sessions in different fields (Business -Management-HR- Sales -Customer services - Marketing -logistics -Finance- Micro finance) & tailored training courses, MBA, DBA, Diplomas, and personalized B2B meetings.
MEDC has executive committee with 6 members.
Improve the competitiveness of the business community and Micro – finance institution and increase the value for stakeholder by providing specialized and customized training, technical assistance and capacity development program..

MEDC contains 6 different rooms/ halls with different venues with capacity start from 12 to 60 attendees (Well equipped with; AC, laptop, Flip Chart, and Projector)
MEDC is focusing on developing the Alexandrian community as a business powerhouse to support the overall Egyptian business and economic community; the center takes the initiative of delivering the best creative and up to date services for its members as well as the community and covering market gaps that represent pains in the community.
