Alliance of Green Transformation Partners
Created in July 2021 within the framework of a protocol signed between the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and Alexandria Business
- The GTP Alliance membership reached 22 Egyptian companies to date from in energy, transportation, waste management, real estate development, sustainable financing, and civil work.
- All GTP have committed to measure and manage their carbon footprint; seven members completed the calculation for scope 1 and 2 and two include scope 3.
- GTP Alliance met with ERRADA and identified regulatory reforms related to conversion of diesel buses to electric ones, waste to energy businesses and methane capturing in the oil industry.
