????ABA Chaired by Mr. Mohamed Hanno, welcomed a German delegation from #SEQUA and #IB, affiliated with The German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (#BMZ ), to review the outcomes of the #Skills 4 Trends project.
????Over the past three years, the project implemented through ABA’s Vocational Training and Employment Center (#VTEC) has provided free technical training in future oriented fields such as solar energy, industrial automation, and #PLC control systems, helping equip youth with the skills needed for a competitive #job market.
???? Both sides expressed appreciation for the successful collaboration and emphasized the importance of sustaining training initiatives that link education with industry needs.
????️Mr. Hanno highlighted the significance of continued cooperation with German partners and international organizations such as GIZ Egypt, proposing new studies and programs to further align with Egypt’s industrial priorities.
????️ Mr. Khaled Aziz , member of the VTEC Activity Committee, proposed organizing bilateral meetings to exchange expertise and explore international employment opportunities for trainees. Mr. @Mohamed Issa , ABA Executive Director, noted that the VTEC team is currently preparing a study to assess labor market needs. The meeting was also attended by Ms. Amira Adel, ABA Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, and Ms. Marwa Abuheif , ABA Foreign Affairs Manager.
