Mr. Mohamed Gobran, Minister of Labor, and Lieutenant General Ahmed Khaled Saeed, Governor of Alexandria, inaugurated the legal seminar entitled: “The New #Labor Law… Towards a Fair and Stable Work Environment”, organized by HPA -#Egypt , with the attendance of more than 200 human resources experts (#HR).
???? The Minister affirmed that the new law represents a qualitative leap in achieving balance between the parties of the labor relationship and is the result of an extensive societal dialogue. He revealed that 87 ministerial decrees have been prepared to implement the law, most notably related to accelerating litigation, regulating employment contracts, and developing digital platforms.
???? The Governor of Alexandria emphasized the governorate’s interest in labor issues and its support for #initiatives aimed at preparing human capital for the labor market. He stressed the importance of coordinated efforts among different stakeholders to promote a modern legal culture that enhances a stable work environment and supports the competitiveness of institutions.
???? The event was attended by Mr. Ehab Abdel-Aaty, Legal Advisor to the Minister of Labor; Eng. Emad Nasr Ayoub, President of HPA – Egypt; and Mr. Mohamed Kamal, Director of the Alexandria Labor Directorate. At the invitation of the Governor, Mr. Mohamed Hanno, ABA Chairman, also attended.
