ABA Internal Trade Committee, Headed by Mr. Mohammed Hefni, organized a meeting on Tuesday, 29th of November 2022, with:

Dr. Hassan Ahmed Fouad – Director, Food Department, Ministry of Health, Alexandria
Mr. Ahmed Abdullah – Food Comptroller General, Ministry of Health, Alexandria
Dr. Dalia Afandy – Director of Main Laboratories, Ministry of Health, Alexandria

The meeting was held with the aim of highlighting the efforts of the Ministry of Health in monitoring the industrial and commercial sector in Alexandria.

Attended from ABA side Dr. Mohammed Mehrem- Vice chairman, Mr. Ahmed Khaled Morsi-Board Member, Mr. Mohammed Abdul Mohsen-Head of the Import and Customs Committee, Mr. Magdy Ahmed Marzouq, Deputy Head of the Internal Trade Committee, Mr.Ibrahim al-Ashmawi – Deputy Head of the Internal Trade Committee, Mr. Abdel-Al Ali Abdel-Al – Deputy Head of the Import and Customs Committee and Mr. Walid Al-Kayar– Deputy Head of the Import and Customs Committee.

Dr. Hassan Fouad discussed the requirements of the Ministry of Health in the factories and warehouses for food. He also explained the cooperation between the Ministry of Health and the National Authority for Food Safety. Then Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Al-Hadith clarified the bodies and facilities monitored by the Ministry of Health
