ABA Foreign Affairs Department organized a meeting between Egypt DBT Trade Team in the British Embassy, and ABA Members interested in cooperating with the British side. The meeting took place on the 13th of September 2023 at ABA headquarters.

Mr. Mohamed Hanno- ABA Chairman received The Honorary Consul of the United Kingdom and Ms. Wafaa Saad, | Acting Country Director Egypt | British Embassy, Cairo, and Egypt DBT Trade Team of UK Embassy.

Mr. Mohamed Hanno started the meeting by sharing an update on ABA Activities and  Egypt DBT Trade Team from the UK Embassy each gave an overview of opportunities for cooperation in the following sectors: Education, Health care, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Creative industries, Retail, Digitization, Financial and Professional services, Infrastructure and Mining, Renewable and Clean Energy. They also highlighted the real business prospects for collaboration. Finally, a Break-out sector focused discussions was separately conducted as each DBT Senior Advisor had a separate discussions with each one of the relevant Head of Committee and others who work in the same related sector
