Alexandria Business Association received an invitation from the US Embassy to attend the US- Egypt Sustainable Technology Forum on 12th September 2022.
The Forum aimed to discuss practical ideas and solutions for developing sustainability in the Egyptian industry, reducing carbon emissions, and using digital transformation to increase efficiency.
H.E. Mr. Keith Kirkham- Minister of Trade Affairs at the U.S. Embassy Commented: “We are confident that the global expertise and innovative technologies of American companies make them the best partners for the Egyptian private sector to achieve the Egyptian government’s priorities.” He Also Added “This forum provides an opportunity to discuss the challenges and solutions now available as Egypt and the United States work together to address climate change.” this was in the framework of the COP27 Preparations.

Mr. Basil Marco, ABA Member and Member in the International Relations Committee attended the Forum representing Alexandria Business Association.
