In the Press conference that took place in Aleandria Business Association on the 9th of August 2023 Mr. Mohamed Hanno clarified ” We share our expertise and experiences with the Government and the House of Senates, and we exert our utmost efforts to cooperate with the Industrial Development Authority and the General Authority for Investment and free zones to remove obstacles facing manufacturers”.

He also added that within the framework of Improving the Business climate in Egypt, Alexandria Business Association adopts new Actions for more support to the small manufacturers and declares more expansion in the Small and Micro Enterprise project to include the sustainable development and green economy projects.

Eng. Medhat El-Kady declared ” ABA is planning to expand through opening 12 new branches for the SMEs Project to support small and micro enterprises within the coming year”.

Eng. Sherif El Diwany added ” This expansion will include the green economy projects in cooperation with the Government in the coming period”.

Ms. Nermien Mamish noted “It is necessary to provide incentives and new tax policies for the informal Sector to encourage and support its transition to the formal sector”.
